What a wonderful world it would be if all companies were like North Sound...  We have been working with contractors and laborers on all of our house projects for months and have been VERY frustrated.   But not these guys:  I called for an estimate on a split rail fence.  Next day they came out and gave me an estimate, it took 20 minutes.  The following day, their office called to schedule an install.  In two weeks we had our fence and it looks SO GOOD!  They were quick, easy to work with and the price was way less than I thought it would be.  They are everything a service company should be.  My husband and I love our new fence.  Call these guys, they are bitchin.  (And their office staff is informative and polite too!)

North Sound Fence just completed about 200 linear feet of 6' Cedar fence (Mod-Panel, board on board) along our roadway frontage. We are beyond satisfied with every aspect of the work that they completed! We started by getting quotes from four different local fencing companies who had good user reviews. I wasn't planning to select a company on their bid price alone, I wanted to pick the company that seemed the most knowledgeable, had the ability to schedule our project without too much delay, and of course had a competitive price. In our case, North Sound was the best in all of those categories. Shawn came out and reviewed our site, took measurements, and discussed what we wanted. Then within 24 hours Denise emailed us a quote with several options that we discussed. Before hiring them, I ended up talking to both Denise and Shawn on the phone several times with questions, and they were always very knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. In addition, they were the lowest bid, and they by far had the ability to schedule our project the soonest. One of the other companies had a bid ALMOST $5,000 (about 60%) higher than what North Sound quoted. That was the outlier though, and I think that company was so busy they didn't care about getting our business. The other quotes we received were all much more reasonable, but all the other companies told us it would be two months or more before they could start our project. North Sound said they could start our project in two weeks! So we hired them! Then, Denise got in touch saying that they could actually start our job a week early. So from the time we hired North Sound, it was literally less than a week (just enough time to get underground utility locates) until they started working. The first crew showed up and installed all of the posts within one day. Then a few days later, after the concrete cured, the finish crew came in and framed in the fence, installed the fence boards, and built two gates over the course of two days. The final product is flawless, and far exceeded our expectations. I am an Engineer in the heavy civil construction industry, and I was looking for problems and could not find any. Their work is beautiful. Great materials (lumber, hardware, etc) and excellent craftsmanship all around. They were also very courteous, showing up when they said they would, and spending about 20 minutes at the end of each day thoroughly cleaning up every scrap of construction debris, sweeping off our driveway where they were working, etc. They are just all around the kind of company that makes you feel like you made a wise and worthwhile decision in hiring them. I have hired other contractors in the past who are sloppy, disorganized, take forever, try to upsell, claim differing conditions cost more, etc etc. There was absolutely none of that from North Sound Fencing. This is just a great bunch of people running a very efficient and legitimate business operation, and providing a product that gave us the highest possible level of satisfaction. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don't contact North Sound for your fencing project. Thank you so much to Shawn, Denise, Gary, and the rest of the awesome North Sound team!

What a gorgeous job North South Fence did on our fence all the way around!  The transformation for our backyard is huge.  Highly recommend these guys I can't say enough good things!  You will not be disappointed.
