We needed to replace our back fence and I found North Sound Fence online and called them up. Shawn came out a couple days later and I was really impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He gave me a bid that had several scenarios. I felt their price was very reasonable compared to some of the other bids I got from other companies. Later I had a few questions and called up the office and spoke to Denise. She was super friendly and helpful. She was also very knowledgeable but checked with Shawn on a few things she wasn’t sure about. After I told them what I wanted to do, they set up the dates to come do the project (just a couple weeks later). They came out on the day they told me. Shawn was there pretty much the whole time with his crew. All of them were very respectful and friendly. They took the old fence down in one day, hauled it off, and set the posts. A couple days later, after the concrete had hardened, they came out and finished. They were quick and did a great job. I had some really difficult spots near some large bushes and structures in the neighbor yard. They figured out how to get it done and cleaned up everything before they left. I would 100% recommend North Sound Fence.
